The DOE-RE-MI Lavender Farm is a small family-owned farm located near Yancey, TX.
The farm is home to about 1500 lavender plants, displaying more than twenty varieties.
In addition to the lavender there are vegetable and herb gardens, goats and chickens, three honeybee hives, and a huge population of South Texas wildlife and wildflowers.
We had a great time and appreciate the time Ann, Bob, and their son Will spent with us. |
Co-chair Sara Holland was awarded the "Helen de Conway Little Award"! |
